It’s the first event of it’s kind that provides activity clubs with a platform to promote it’s services to 100% of its target audience.
The Kids Activity Expo saw an amazing 2,000 people attend last years event. Exhibitors ranged from small to large businesses who offer services to children and families in the local area. This included activity clubs, gyms, tuition centres and schools.
Some of our exhibitors offered free taster sessions and performances. These included gymnastics and dance performances, football and baby and toddler classes.

The Kids Activity Expo is targeted to local families in Havering and surrounding boroughs. We promote right through from nurseries, pre-schools to over 70 primary and secondary schools, targeting over 36,000 children. Our aim is to help encourage families to be active and healthy.
We have developed a range of media partnerships to help promote the event:
Local press: Provide weekly coverage in the two months leading up to the Expo. They also produce an event guide which is distributed to over 40,000 local households two weeks prior to the event
Time 107.5: Provide daily coverage, two months leading up to the Expo. They are also play music live at the Expo, announce performances and offer audience participation
Havering School Meals: Promote the event through local schools and organise an Expo themed meal which is promoted via ParentMail and printed on over 17,000 flyers which go in book bags.
Primary Times: Promote the Expo in their magazine which is distributed through schools in the borough
The London Borough of Havering encourage schools to promote the event. We also produce our own event flyer (60,000 copies), which is distributed across schools and put in book bags.
